to edify, empower & engage
We are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals and couples through therapeutic support, empowering correctional facilities by providing psychoeducation for staff and inmates, and promoting diversity engagement with the Black Church on sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) issues. We strive to create affirming spaces that honor scripture while supporting Queer persons and their families, ultimately aiming to enhance facility safety, reduce recidivism, and increase public safety.
We want to be a beacon of hope and healing, fostering safe, inclusive, and transformative environments for individuals, couples, and communities through compassionate support, education, and engagement.
All three areas prioritize the safety and well-being of individuals whether in correctional facilities, therapeutic settings, or community contexts.
Psychoeducation serves as a common thread, providing knowledge that empowers individuals and communities to foster understanding and acceptance.
Engaging with diverse communities, particularly the Black Church, allows for a broader spectrum of support that acknowledges and affirms marginalized identities
